Guitar icon Tommy Emmanuel C.G.P. is no newcomer to iconic stages. The legendary entertainer has dazzled audiences around the world. Tommy's love of music and deep understanding made him a talented musician at an early age. By the age of fifteen, when most kids were dealing with school responsibilities, Tommy, who had been playing guitar for ten years, was already touring with the family band.

His talent soon outgrew his age and enabled him to become one of Sydney's most in-demand studio guitarists. A key meeting was with his idol, Chet Atkins, who, after a talent test, took him under his wing and awarded him the prestigious title of C.G.P. (Certified Guitar Player) - an honour Atkins bestowed on a select few players, symbolising mastery and pushing the instrument to new boundaries.

Thanks to social media, his fame has spread globally and today he sells out concert halls around the world. His performances are not just a concert, but a complete show, combining technical excellence with deep emotion and genre diversity. As a composer and performer, Tommy is a melting pot of influences across genres, from pop to bluegrass, jazz to rock n' roll. For him, music is rhythm and emotion, all other distinctions are meaningless.
